![]() ![]() I mixed them up, as they're all compressed in some way. Yes, the HE and HE* formats aren't supported. The last time I looked only Nikon and Adobe support the HE formats, and Adobe only supported it on some processors. I can understand you being disappointed but to clarify DxO currently supports the compressed lossless format but neither lossy format (HE* and HE). Yeah it right on the page for Pure Raw 2.0 that it's not supported but will be Just getting it out there in case anybody else was thinking of using it with their Z9. Also, DxO lost a customer for life because of their inflexibility. That will teach me to always tryout software before buying. The workaround is to create dng first, which I won't do because I was looking to simplify my workflow, not make it more complicated. They won't budge, I haven't even used it once. When I tried to get a refund (because it's of no value to me if it doesn't support the Z9 fully), I was told they can't do it because I agreed to the terms and conditions, and I should have read the camera compatibility list before buying (I didn't because I heard the Z9 is supported). I just bought the software (after I saw some positive reviews on YouTube) for €129, and it choked on the first raw file I fed it. Just be aware that DxO pureraw 2 does not support the compressed raw formats of the Z9, only the uncompressed format. ![]()
